Beanbag Arcade privacy policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Beanbag Arcade is made by E2BEAN LLP, Singapore ("we"). We built it to keep your family's information on your phone. This policy explains the little that ever leaves it.

In short

What stays on your phone

Players' names and photos, the things you photograph or scan (My Stuff), their names and groups, scores, stickers and settings are stored only on your iPhone. Cutting things out of photos, naming suggestions, magic cartoons, Describe It, 3D scans and Story Time's stories and voice all run on your phone, using Apple's on-device features. We never receive these pictures, names or recordings.

Anonymous play counts

To learn which games families enjoy (so we know what to improve), the app sends one summary a day: the date, and how many games of each kind were started and in which way (for example, "Toy Run: 3, two players: 2"). It contains no names, photos, scores, text or anything that identifies you. It is sent through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused service that doesn't store IP addresses and receives only a salted, one-way hash of an anonymous app identifier. You can switch this off at any time in Settings → Share Play Counts.

Apple services

If you use Game Center, your scores and achievements are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. Any purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details.

Playing on two phones, and sending things

When you play on two phones, they connect directly to each other over your local network or a nearby connection; game moves go between the two phones only. When you choose to send things to another phone, their pictures and names go only where you send them (for example by AirDrop or Messages).

Children

Beanbag Arcade is made for families. We don't collect personal information from anyone, children included. The app has no chat, no accounts and no ads.

Your choices

You can delete any thing or player in the app. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your phone. To ask us anything about privacy, email hello@e2bean.com.

Changes

If we change how the app handles information, we'll update this page and the date above.
